Shipping Information:

We try to keep sufficient inventory in stock to be able to fill orders the day after we receive your payment. We are not Houdini however, and there will be times that we will be out of something that you have ordered. If this happens, don't worry. We receive shipments from our supplier several times a week, so if we need to order one of your items, it will only take a few days for us to get it in. We will hold your order until all your items are here and ready to ship. We will keep you up to date on the status of your order, and will give you an estimated ship date.

***If you find that the amount you are being charged for shipping seems too high, please let us know. I have tried to set up our shipping tables as accurately as possible, but there was alot of data to enter and I could have made a mistake. I will be happy to check the accuracy of the amount you are being charged and make any necessary adjustments.***

Refund & Return Policies:

We check all items for damage before they are packed for shipping to you. We have an excellent shipping and packing department, but we know that sometimes things happen after your package leaves us. We accept returns for INCORRECT, DEFECTIVE, AND DAMAGED MERCHANDISE ONLY. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please email us at info@littleplaceminis.net and let us know. The item should be returned to us in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. We will exchange the item and refund your return shipping expense.
